Associate Dentist | Busy Denver Practice | $250K to $400K+ Earning Potential
Star Dental is looking for an Associate Dentist who wants to stay busy, produce, and practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern, well supported office. We have a high volume of patients, an excellent highly trained support team, and immediate production opportunity.
Our office is fully digital and equipped with iTero, digital X rays, panoramic imaging, and cephalometric imaging. This is an excellent opportunity for a productive dentist looking for strong earning potential and clinical autonomy.
Compensation
32% of collections
Rates negotiable based on experience.
Expected earning potential of $250,000 to $400,000+ annually based on production and schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Endodontic treatment
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Emergency dentistry
- Treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Work closely with experienced assistants, hygiene, and front office staff
- Provide high quality, patient focused care
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Colorado dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong general and restorative dentistry skills
- Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Reliable, professional, and team oriented
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- DEA registration and active NPI
Experience is preferred, but we are also open to newer dentists who are clinically confident, motivated to learn, and interested in growing their skills in comprehensive general dentistry.
We are looking for a dentist who takes pride in their clinical work, communicates well with patients, and enjoys working in a genuinely busy practice with excellent support.
