**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with our team in all baking and cake production tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Create and decorate a wide variety of products including pastries, cookies, cupcakes, and cakes.
- Operate and maintain pastry equipment such as mixers, printers, computers, and decorating tools.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations with creative and beautifully crafted baked goods.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a bakery or kitchen environment.
- Proven skills in cake decorating techniques, including piping, fondant, and intricate cake designs.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a creative mindset for designing and executing custom products.
-Must conduct themselves in a professional and presentable manner, and be punctual and dependable.
-Assist in quarterly inventory in your department

- Early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM, as well as weekend hours, are required.
