We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and experience in pool maintenance, equipment repair, and water chemistry. We are willing to train the right candidate but prior experience is preferred. Company vehicle provided for route (will need own transportation to/from the office).
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing
- Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
- Inspect, maintain and perform minor repairs on pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
- Monitor and troubleshoot pool systems for proper operation
- Maintain accurate service logs and reports using company software
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous pool service experience strongly preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
