About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and organized Marketing & Leasing Coordinator to join our growing property management team. This position is responsible for marketing available rental units, generating qualified leads, leasing apartments, and helping maintain high occupancy across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and experienced in both property marketing and leasing.
Responsibilities
- Market available apartments across online platforms and social media.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and text.
- Schedule and conduct property tours.
- Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation.
- Coordinate move-ins and ensure a smooth resident experience.
- Maintain accurate listings, photos, and pricing.
- Monitor occupancy and recommend marketing strategies to increase leasing activity.
- Build relationships with prospective residents and follow up on leads.
- Assist with resident retention initiatives and lease renewals.
- Work closely with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in apartment leasing, property management, or real estate preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
