Responsibilities-
Travel to client facilities to assist in the installation, calibration, and repair of industrial CNC equipment.

Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize operational downtime.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Utilize technical schematics and service manuals to diagnose complex equipment faults effectively.

Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and resolution steps.

Document all service activities, including repairs and installations, to maintain accurate equipment records.

Participate in ongoing technical training and safety seminars to stay current with evolving manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications-
Demonstrated aptitude in mechanical or electrical maintenance through school, internships, or hands-on work.

Basic proficiency with hand tools and precision measurement instruments.
