ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Rebuilding Together Montgomery County (RTMC) works in partnership with community volunteers to provide free home repairs, accessibility modifications and links to community resources to keep low-income homeowners living safely and independently in their homes. RTMC was founded in 1990 and is one of 106+ affiliates of the national organization, Rebuilding Together, which was founded in 1973. Each year RTMC works towards providing more than 130 homes and nonprofit facilities throughout Montgomery County with free critical health and safety repairs ranging from accessibility work, such as ramps, to new roofs and HVACs!
THE POSITION:
Reporting to the Director of Program Services (DPS), the Program Team Coordinator (PTC) is an integral team player within RTMC’s program services, seamlessly moving between client intake, on-site home assessments with the Project Coordinator team, data management, and organizational outreach efforts. As the primary point of contact for clients during the application and intake process, the PTC ensures a high level of client communication and support through a homeowner’s initial stages of the pipeline before providing a warm hand-off to the Project Coordinators for repairs. The PTC is often the first voice and/or face that RTMC’s homeowners interact with, and as such this is a vital role both for making clients feel comfortable speaking with the organization and for representing the organization itself. Additionally, the PTC is the bridge between key pieces of RTMC’s Safe and Healthy Homes Program flexing time in the different aforementioned areas based on seasonal ebbs and flows of the work.

· Organize the Program Team’s weekly initial home visit schedule and contact clients to ensure they are ready and available to meet the Program Team during their scheduled windows.
· Understand basic RTMC grant requirements to review PC’s proposed scopes of work for accuracy before they transition to the DPS for review.
· Assist DPS in monitoring Salesforce data input to ensure overall accuracy of client files.
· Support quality control visits on completed projects with other Program Team members to ensure the client is satisfied with the work and to receive feedback or get surveys filled out that are crucial to the grant process.
· Support and participate in outreach efforts to homeowners, local communities, and organizations as needed with the DPS to generate community awareness of RTMC and drive new applications.
