Job Title: Event Graphic Designer
Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for various events, including but not limited to, weddings, corporate, social, birthdays, trade shows, and private events
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Design, Graphic Design, Print and Digital Production, Deadline Management, Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with the creative designers to understand design requirements for upcoming events.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the event's theme, branding, and objectives.
- Create a wide range of visual materials, renderings, 3D renderings, Scale and Spatial experience
- Ensure all designs are in line with the brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Prepare and optimize designs for both format print and digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to creative designers, incorporating feedback to refine the final designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing event related design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup expert, In Design, Adobe Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
- Work on your feet for up and or stationary at least 10 hours a day
- Seize, grasp, bend, pull, crouch, climb ladders, kneel
- Lift, carry, move, pull at least 50 pounds
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
