As Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical behind-the-scenes leadership role, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all cannabis inventory within our facility. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both inventory systems and team members in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and experienced in inventory control, compliance, and team supervision.
Overview
Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all vault operations, including inventory tracking, product flow, compliance adherence, and staff coordination/management. You will ensure that all products are handled, stored, and documented in accordance with New Jersey cannabis regulations and company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or vault management (cannabis experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (New Jersey cannabis regulations a plus)
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and train staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, Microsoft office, and general computer systems
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must pass all required background checks
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Flexibility with Schedule: Nights, Weekends & holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all vault operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing cannabis inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment with METRC, the state-mandated seed-to-sale tracking system
- Ensure full compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations, including security and storage protocols
- Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations
- Manage and supervise vault staff, including scheduling, training/coaching, and performance oversights
- Coordinate with retail and management teams to ensure proper product flow into the vault and onto the sales floor
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and vault security
- Monitor and maintain a secure, clean, and organized vault environment
- Assist in loss prevention efforts and report any inconsistencies or concerns immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
