DRAZ & DOLCE is seeking a skilled and highly dedicated Plasterer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise experience in finishing and applying plaster to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, contributing to the creation of durable and aesthetically pleasing structures.
Duties
- Apply plaster to exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to plaster application
- Mix plaster materials to the correct consistency and manage application tools effectively
- Finish surfaces with smooth finishes as required by project plans
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements
Requirements
- Proven 5+ years experience in exterior and interior residential smooth plastering
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings independently
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
- Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces when necessary
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality and safety standards
