JOB SUMMARY
The Safety Compliance Analyst supports the organization’s safety programs by collecting, analyzing, and reporting critical safety data. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of safety and maintenance issues.
ESSENTIAL TASKS / FUNCTIONS:
- Collect and consolidate safety and maintenance data from internal systems and subcontracted vendors
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve missing or incomplete data
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for internal safety and operational use
- Review and prepare Deferred Maintenance Notification Reports for customer submission
- Track and analyze key safety metrics, including: (Maintenance delays and issues, Deferred maintenance items, Hazard and safety reports, Accidents, incidents, and significant events, Audit results and findings, Training compliance (internal and external))
- Maintain and update data tracking systems and spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders on safety-related matters
- Support ongoing safety compliance and investigation activities
- Perform additional duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Min 2 years’ experience conducting and reviewing audits
- Min 2 years’ experience performing or assisting with safety investigations
- Min 2 years’ experience conducting aviation operations or aviation maintenance
Background:
- Experience in aviation safety, ground operations, or maintenance environments
- Experience working with customers or regulatory stakeholders to address safety or maintenance inquiries
Skills:
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail in reporting and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and priorities
- Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially excel for tracking and reporting)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in aviation maintenance
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Experience working with contract-based or subcontractor environments
- Experience with regulatory compliance or audit programs

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
