Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer needs.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
Skills
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate calculations and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with outstanding phone etiquette and outbound sales capabilities.
