ZTN Executives partners with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) organizations to expand awareness, strengthen donor relationships, and support fundraising initiatives throughout Nashville. As a Fundraising Account Manager, you'll manage individual donor accounts, represent nonprofit campaigns in the community, and help each client build stronger connections with current and prospective supporters.
This entry-level Fundraising Account Manager opportunity combines relationship management, fundraising, donor engagement, and professional development. Every Fundraising Account Manager plays an important role in helping each client grow support while maintaining a positive and professional donor experience.
Fundraising Account Manager Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit campaigns in-person while serving as a professional extension of each client in the community
- Manage individual donor accounts and maintain accurate account information for each client campaign
- Guide supporters through donation processes while ensuring a positive experience with the client organization
- Build relationships with current and prospective donors on behalf of each client
- Communicate the mission, goals, and impact of each client in a clear and engaging manner
- Track account activity, donor engagement, and fundraising results to support client objectives
- Collaborate with fellow Fundraising Account Manager team members to maintain alignment on campaign priorities
- Support fundraising initiatives that help each client expand awareness and increase community support
Fundraising Account Manager Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in fundraising, account management, nonprofit operations, finance, or community outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional and organized approach to managing responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Previous experience in fundraising, customer service, account management, finance, outreach, or related fields is helpful but not required
- Passion for supporting causes that create positive community impact
