Requirements:
- Sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of interior design and decoration.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with inventory processes.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Capacity for teamwork.
- Bilingual
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales objectives by working with customers to determine their needs and sell the products they have ordered from us.
- Evaluate customers' current product selections and identify sales needs/opportunities.Build sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents when necessary.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Go the extra mile to attract customers
