The Registered Dental Hygienist delivers preventive care, builds strong patient relationships, and supports the clinical team in providing exceptional dental services. In this role, you’ll work under the general supervision of Dr. Bae to promote oral health and ensure a positive patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care and assessments
- Educate members on oral health and empower them to take control of their care
- Collect and review detailed medical and dental histories
- Chart dental conditions and support dentist evaluations
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Capture and assess high-quality digital x-rays
- Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient care and support practice efficiency
What You Bring
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Massachusetts
- Local anesthesia certification in Massachusetts
- CPR Certification
- Familiarity with Curve Hero software is a plus but not required
- Excellent critical-thinking skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- The ability to convey complex health information in a simple way
- The ability to interact with patients of all ages
- Drive to stay up to date on latest dental tools and methods

- Maintains patient confidentiality (HIPAA awareness)
Your Weekly Schedule
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Note: Our office is closed on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday
Time Commitment
- You can expect to work 25–30 hours per week
Compensation
- Competitive hourly wages: $52.00 to $58.00 per hour
