King Cabo, Corp. is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Floating Day Porter to support our janitorial team. This position is primarily assigned to one regular work location; however, occasional coverage at other properties may be required.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, consistency, and maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, common areas, restrooms, stairwells, and other assigned areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Occasionally provide coverage at other company locations when needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience required.
- Reliable transportation is required to accommodate occasional assignments at other locations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
