Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including developmental disabilities, autism, and other health conditions. Duties
- Assist Program Manager in designing daily program activities
- Plan and implement daily training programs using activities as developed by Program Manager
- Provide personal care to include but not limited to feeding, assistance in the restroom, walking, etc
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs.
- Demonstrated patience, compassion, and commitment to providing person-centered care.
