What are the Case Consultant responsibilities?
As a Case Consultant, you will ensure a memorable experience by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying the prospect clients needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner to help determine if we can assist the prospect client on their legal case.
- Obtains client information by answering incoming calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
- Enter prospect client information into Litify, the Case Management System
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements
- Distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text
- Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and eagerness
- Sets appointments on calendars to include time, place, and investigator availability or office location, if appropriate
- Follow up with potential clients regarding missed appointments and pending retainer packets
