The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machine tools to produce precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and established manufacturing procedures. The Machinist will work with various CNC equipment and machining processes to produce quality parts that support the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace components.
Meet established production schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy and workmanship.
NTMA, machining, or other relevant technical certification is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and additional overtime as required by the business.
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other equipment as required.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machining, machine setup, tooling, offsets, blueprint reading, precision measurement, and quality inspection. Candidates with experience operating multiple types of CNC equipment, including mills and lathes/turning centers, are strongly preferred. The ability to troubleshoot machining issues, work independently, maintain production schedules, and work significant overtime is essential.
