Job Summary:
Cien’s Garage in Avondale, AZ is a fast-growing, one-stop vehicle customization shop specializing in premium car audio systems, LED lighting, lift kits, and all the accessories that turn heads. We’re looking for a seasoned audio pro with a proven track record of flawless installs, clean wiring, killer sound quality, and happy customers. This is a Monday–Friday-only position with no weekends — perfect work-life balance while working on exciting custom builds every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional installation of high-end car audio systems (head units, amps, speakers, subs, DSPs, sound deadening, custom enclosures, full 12-volt integrations)
- Diagnose and repair complex audio, electrical, and integration issues quickly
- Work directly with customers to turn their vision into reality
- Collaborate on complete vehicle builds that also include LED lighting, lift kits, and accessories
- Keep your work bay clean, organized, and safe
- Stay current on the latest audio products and installation techniques
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience in car audio installation (custom/high-end work strongly preferred)
- Strong success record in the audio field — portfolio, competition wins, or customer testimonials are a huge plus
- Expert knowledge of 12-volt electronics, wiring diagrams, soldering, crimping, and fabrication
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably in tight spaces
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, team-oriented, customer-focused attitude
- Own basic hand tools (shop tools and specialty equipment provided)
- MECP certification is a plus!
