Job Summary
Uptown Dermatology Practice seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Aesthetician for full time employment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in laser and aesthetic treatments including: SkinPen, peels, laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, Morpheus and other laser procedures. Experience with skin care/skin product consultations, sales, as well as great phone etiquette is required. This position is also eligible for commission.
Note: This is not a waxing, spa, or cosmetics/make-up application position.
Duties
- Conduct aesthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Thoroughness in all aspects of the position, including chart documentation & HIPAA compliance.
- Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that meet individual patient needs.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Valid Aesthetician license as required by Louisiana state law.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with patients, sales reps, and others.
- Maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
