Bath Savings Institution is seeking a qualified Human Resources professional with strong Leadership attributes and advancement potential to manage the daily activities and employees of Human Resources.
The Vice President of Human Resources will direct recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, performance management, personnel records, payroll and data systems. The Vice President of Human Resources will champion organization values and participate in fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
This position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5 – 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Senior-level HR certification: SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP0 or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or similar designation
- Broad knowledge of federal, state and local employment law
- Understanding of retirement plans and ERISA requirements
- Familiarity with cloud-based payroll and HR management systems
