Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lot Acquisition Analyst to join our team and drive strategic land procurement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land parcels that align with our growth objectives. Your expertise in procurement and contract negotiation will be essential to streamline acquisition processes, ensure compliance with legal standards, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on potential land parcels using various sources and data systems such as Landglide
- Negotiate terms and conditions of land purchase agreements with sellers and legal representatives to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain meticulous records of all acquisition activities, including document management of contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategic planning initiatives related to land acquisition and business growth opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate acquisition roles within a corporate setting.
- Strong background in contract negotiation and document review processes.
- Demonstrated ability in research, strategic planning, proposal writing, pricing analysis, and technical writing.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders through change management processes while maintaining compliance standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
