Who You Are
We are looking for "Alpha" mentors—individuals who possess the gravitas to lead a room and the tactical skill to close a deal.
- The Veteran: Minimum 3+ years of Senior Sales Management experience in a franchised dealership (GSM or Sales Manager level preferred).
- The Orator: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to command a showroom and coach veteran sales teams.
- The Hunter: A proven track record of driving high-volume units and "grossing" in fast-paced environments.
- The Traveler: A valid passport and a passion for life on the road. You thrive on new environments and cultural variety.
