WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This is not a “stand behind the counter” sales job.
You will:
- Guide customers through their project from start to finish
- Ask the right questions to uncover what they actually need
- Build estimates and follow through—no dropped balls
- Communicate daily with customers, installers, and your team
- Own your projects and your results
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication (you can hold a real conversation, not just pitch)
- Self-motivated—you don’t need babysitting
- Detail-oriented—you finish what you start
- Coachable—you’re confident, but willing to learn
- Positive attitude—you bring energy, not excuses
Sales experience helps…

COMPENSATION
- Base + commission (performance-driven)
