Your Role
This position demands ownership, sharp execution, and a mindset rooted in excellence with every action reflecting mastery of the following:
- Open, manage and oversee multiple title files from contract through closing with total control and accuracy without a need for constant supervision.
- Order municipal no-lien letters, dye tests, tax certificates, payoffs, and all title clearance items and ensure items are received in a timely manner.
- Communicate directly with municipalities and tax authorities with professionalism, persistence, and authority.
- Maintain elevated and professional communication with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers.
- Enter title requirements and exceptions with accuracy.
- Prepare files for closing and assist with CDs, settlement statements, and closing packages.
- Track deadlines, maintain impeccable notes, and treat every file as your personal responsibility
