Coco Maya is looking for energetic, hardworking, and hospitality-driven Bussers to join our team in the heart of Little Italy.
Known for our vibrant tropical atmosphere, rooftop dining experience, elevated cocktails, and high-energy service, Coco Maya delivers unforgettable guest experiences from brunch through nightlife. We’re looking for team members who thrive in fast-paced environments, work well under pressure, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience for every guest.
As a Busser, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the front-of-house team by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, resetting tables quickly, and helping create the elevated hospitality experience Coco Maya is known for.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, patios, and service stations
- Assist servers and food runners during busy service periods
- Refill water, polish glassware, stock supplies, and support overall restaurant flow
- Help maintain a clean and organized guest environment at all times
- Support opening and closing side work duties
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive hospitality to every guest
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
