Renfrow Industrial is currently looking for dedicated and safety-conscious professionals to step into the role of Lead Electrician / Foreman. You will be tasked with directing industrial electrical operations on-site, managing team workflows, maintaining strict adherence to electrical codes, and acting as the main liaison between your crew, site leadership, and project managers.

Standard work week runs Monday through Thursday

Core Responsibilities-
Direct and manage the daily performance of Journeymen and support staff

Organize and delegate daily tasks to maximize team efficiency
-
Guarantee that all work aligns with NEC, OSHA, and project-specific standards
-
Analyze blueprints, technical specifications, and project timelines
-
Oversee the installation of power distribution, motor controls, MCCs, and conduit systems to ensure high-quality results
-
Provide essential support during facility commissioning, startups, and industrial shutdowns
-
Facilitate seamless operations within busy manufacturing and industrial settings
-
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical system malfunctions
-
Collaborate closely with project leads, external trades, and client stakeholders
-
Track material consumption, labor productivity, and workforce allocation
-
Promote a culture of safety by leading daily briefings and ensuring policy compliance
-
Proactively identify and address field challenges to keep projects on track

Manage essential site documentation, reporting, and workspace organization
-
Foster professional growth by mentoring and training crew members
-
Report all safety incidents or potential hazards immediately to maintain a secure environment

Complete additional tasks as required by project needs
Physical Demands-
Capable of climbing, balancing, lifting 50 pounds, and working at significant heights

Able to utilize necessary PPE while maintaining safe work habits

Comfortable performing duties in diverse industrial settings, including confined areas

Maintain high levels of physical endurance throughout the shift

Stay alert and aware of surroundings on active job sites
Required Qualifications-
Active Journeyman Electrician license

Minimum of 7 years in industrial electrical settings, with a preference for manufacturing or process plant backgrounds

Proven history of leadership or foreman-level responsibilities

Deep understanding of industry-standard electrical codes and best practices

Proficiency with MCCs

Expertise in Motor Controls
-
Experience with 480V systems
-
Knowledge of industrial power distribution

Skilled in complex conduit system installation
-
Advanced industrial troubleshooting capabilities
-
Experience working in maintenance and shutdown environments
-
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly
-
Strong aptitude for documentation and project organization
-
Current and valid driver’s license
-
Ability to adjust schedule for overtime needs
Necessary Equipment-
Personal set of Journeyman-level hand tools

Standard supervisory equipment for planning and documentation
Renfrow Industrial or the client will supply specialized power tools, testing gear, and any other equipment needed for specific project tasks.
