Position Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance on commercial equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control systems
Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Communicate repair findings professionally with customers
Complete service documentation accurately
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Provide technical support and knowledge sharing with other technicians
Qualifications
7+ years commercial HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Universal Certification
Strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting skills
Advanced electrical and refrigeration knowledge
Experience with rooftop units, package units, split systems, and related equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid California Driver’s License and must be insurable under our auto policy
