Estamos contratando una persona responsable, organizada y con atención al detalle para el puesto de Housekeeper.
Responsabilidades:
- Limpieza y organización de habitaciones y áreas comunes
- Cambio de sábanas y toallas
- Lavado, doblado y organización de ropa y blancos
- Reposición de artículos de limpieza e higiene
- Mantener altos estándares de limpieza y orden
- Reportar cualquier daño o necesidad de mantenimiento
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en limpieza o housekeeping preferida
- Puntualidad y responsabilidad
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente
- Buena actitud y disposición para trabajar en equipo
- Atención al detalle

Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies to enhance guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, staircases, and service areas in accordance with established standards.
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain room quality.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
- Assist with inventory management by organizing cleaning supplies and notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly desirable; hotel or custodial experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods comfortably.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is preferred.
