**Position Overview: Digital Marketing Associate**
As a Digital Marketing Associate at Toolbox Brands, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital presence and growth of both our in-house brands and our portfolio companies. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical individual who is passionate about e-commerce and ready to contribute to the dynamic world of digital marketing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Brand Launch Support:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing strategies for launching new brands, ensuring a strong online presence from day one.
2. **Invested Company Growth:** Work closely with our portfolio companies, providing digital marketing expertise to enhance their brand visibility, implement effective strategies, and drive scalable growth.
3. **Website Optimization:** Contribute to the design and optimization of e-commerce websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience that aligns with brand objectives.
4. **Content Marketing and Funnel Development:** Develop and implement content marketing strategies, creating engaging and conversion-focused funnels that resonate with target audiences.
5. **Email Marketing Excellence:** Craft and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and personalization to maximize engagement and conversions.
**Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Strong understanding of website design, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
