Required Competencies:
Required Knowledge:
Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience in commercial projects experience or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Must have the ability to successfully supervise and direct a team of up to 5 workers on a day-to-day basis. Extensive knowledge of trade specific codes and standards associated with plumbing. A Jounreyman or Masters a plus. Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience, knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision and adhere to company policy and procedures. HS diploma or GED required.
Required abilities
- Physical: Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
