Full-Time Operations Manager
Crown’s Home Cleaning & Exterior Cleaning — Stamford, CT
About Crown’s
Crown’s is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company proudly representing Stamford and the 203 area.
Since 2010, we have been building Crown’s around one goal: creating a cleaning company that customers can trust.
As customer demand has grown, we have expanded beyond residential cleaning into commercial cleaning, window cleaning, and exterior cleaning. Our exterior cleaning division has been operating for more than 5 years.
Now, as Crown’s continues to grow, we're looking for a Full-Time Operations Manager who can help us build and manage the systems, people, and customer experience that will take Crown’s to the next level.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be responsible for helping make sure the company delivers on what we promise — from the moment a customer books with us through the completion of the service.
Our MissionChange the bad narrative of cleaning services by delivering on our promises and being a cleaning service anyone can trust.
We believe the cleaning industry has a reputation problem.
Customers shouldn't have to wonder if their cleaners will show up, communicate, do quality work, or deliver what was promised.
Crown’s exists to change that.
Our mission is to build a cleaning service where customers know they can trust us to communicate, take responsibility, follow through, and deliver.
Our VisionBe the #1 cleaning service in all types of cleanings for all types of homes and buildings.
We don't want to be known for just one type of cleaning.
We want Crown’s to become the company customers think of first for all types of cleaning, for all types of homes and buildings.
Residential.
Commercial.
Window cleaning.
Exterior cleaning.
And whatever services our customers need as we continue to grow.
Our Values — CROWN
These aren't just words. They are the standards we expect from every person who works at Crown’s.
C — Communicate With Anticipation
Don't wait until there is a problem to communicate.
Stay ahead of customer needs, team needs, schedule changes, and potential issues.
R — Respect
Respect our customers, their homes, their businesses, their time, and our team.
Professionalism starts with respect.
O — Obtain Responsibility Always
Take ownership.
When something goes wrong, don't make excuses or look for someone to blame.
Own it. Fix it. Learn from it.
W — Work the System
Crown’s is built around systems and processes.
We don't want everyone doing things their own way. We want our team to follow the system, improve the system, and make sure the system works.
N — No Surprises
Our customers and our team should know what to expect.
Clear communication. Clear expectations. Clear pricing. Clear schedules.
No surprises.
