As a Pre-K Assistant Teacher, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the early development of young learners. We are seeking a reliable, upbeat, and enthusiastic educator who is excited to teach young children, inspire curiosity, and promote their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Coteacher in creating a positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Contribute to implementing fun, hands-on learning activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and exploration
- Help introduce new and interactive learning experiences that support different learning styles
- Educate and support students in developing early academic, social, and emotional skills
- Assist with age-appropriate curriculum implementation
- Monitor and document children’s developmental milestones and progress
- Support early intervention strategies when needed to help children succeed
- Communicate positively and effectively with students, parents, and team members
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behavior in young learners
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for early childhood education and child development

- Ability to create fun, engaging learning experiences for young children
- Understanding of child development principles
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Experience with lesson planning or activity planning

- Minimum of 9 ECE Credits Required
