Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target enterprise clients requiring Epic software solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, warm calling, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase market visibility.
- Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B technology sales, particularly within healthcare or enterprise software markets such as Epic or similar EHR systems.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, and closing complex deals with large organizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including familiarity with hospital workflows and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
- Experience in technical sales roles involving marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify growth opportunities.
