We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our housekeeping operations. This role plays an essential part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up guest-requested items promptly and professionally
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and other public areas
- Assist with trash removal throughout the property
- Perform general housekeeping duties as needed
- Complete light maintenance tasks as assigned
- Clean assigned public spaces and housekeeping areas
- Follow all brand and company cleanliness and service standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication, basic math, and reading skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required
- Commitment to upholding brand and company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
