Description
We’re looking for a new advisor to join our team. This is a growth-focused, hunter-style role. This advisor will be responsible for driving net new asset growth by sourcing, closing, and developing new client relationships. This is a full-cycle sales role with strong internal support, training, and marketing resources.
The firm owns the client relationship and provides full operational, compliance, and marketing support—allowing the advisor to stay focused on selling, relationship-building, and asset growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level advisor who is not brand new, brings energy and ambition, and wants to be rewarded directly for performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive net new assets into the firm through proactive business development
- Source new clients through networking and referrals; marketing initiatives and educational seminars; as well as firm-provided overflow leads.
- Run the full sales cycle, including:
- Discovery and qualification
- Financial planning conversations
- Proposal presentation
- Closing and asset transfer
- Represent and deliver holistic, product-agnostic financial planning
- Build long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and growth
- Leverage extensive internal training, marketing, and operational support
Required Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License.
- Series 65 license.
- Licensed to sell, advise, and bring in assets.
- 5+ years of experience in financial sales or advisory roles.
- Proven ability to prospect, network, and close new business.
- Comfortable in a performance-based compensation model.
- Willing to work onsite and attend networking events as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary of $50,000 – $200,000.
