Living River Homes is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, driven sales professional to join our team!We are seeking an Exterior Sales Representative to help homeowners improve and protect their homes through high-quality exterior services.Service Areas:Bowling Green, Scottsville, Franklin, Morgantown, Russellville, and surrounding areas in South Central Kentucky.What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and door knocking- Meet with homeowners and inspect properties- Educate customers on exterior solutions that fit their needs- Build trust and strong customer relationships- Create estimates and close sales- Help homeowners protect and improve their biggest investment—their homeWho We’re Looking For:- Self-motivated and driven to succeed- Strong communication and people skills- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we can train the right person- Comfortable knocking doors and meeting new people- Reliable transportation- Positive attitude and strong work ethicCompensation:This position offers uncapped commission-based earnings with significant income potential for motivated individuals.
