Position Summary
Peace Be Still Holistic Health is seeking compassionate, motivated, and collaborative therapists to join our growing group practice as 1099 Independent Contractors.We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians in PA, including:
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Professional Counselors (LAPCs)
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, work-life balance, holistic approaches to mental health, and working within an inclusive and affirming practice community.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling services to clients in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain client records in compliance with practice policies and professional standards.
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and professional development opportunities as applicable.
- Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and affirming care to diverse populations.
- Maintain professional liability insurance and comply with all applicable licensing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Pennsylvania LPC or LAPC license required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional liability (malpractice) insurance and insurance credentialing.
- Commitment to providing affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in holistic, mindfulness-based, somatic, or integrative approaches to mental health care.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and values collaboration and clinical support.
- Comfortable using EHR and telehealth platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 Independent Contractor position.
- Compensation ranges from $38–$45 per clinical hour, depending on experience and licensure status.
- Monthly administrative stipend to compensate meetings
- Create your own schedule and have autonomy in building your caseload.
- Option to work remotely or utilize fully furnished office space provided by the practice for a low fee.
- Marketing, referrals, billing, and some administrative support provided by the practice.
- Guidance with insurance credentialing and support in learning the business side of private practice.
