Overview
We are seeking 'A' and 'B' Shooters both photo and video. That means you have shot between '25-50' weddings for a B shooter, or over 50 for an 'A' shooter.
In general this also means you have a full set of gear to work (listed later)
Key things that will make you successful with us:
1. You love doing this. the long hours and fast pace are things you enjoy, not dread.
2. You are a team player. No egos. We like to keep teams where everyone has each other's back, willing to cover for each other even if not technically their job.
3. You are great with people, and know that the secret to great reception shots is interacting with the guests.
3. You are proactive. You won't need to be told every 10 minutes it's time to get up and go take shots.
Duties
- Do full and half day wedding shoots: Shoot at the bride's house, studio, ceremony and reception. Can be anywhere from 12 to 17 hours.
- Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Make sure your captures align with the style of Everlasting Moments and/or the client's inspo.
- Deliver all footage before leaving for the night, and check it's all there before you leave.
- Follow internal best practices.
- Liaise with the couple and wedding planner. When on a job, our A shooter is the face of the company (Mains only)
- Supervise the other shooters on the job. (Mains only)
- Coordinate your team during the ceremony and reception to capture the necessary angles (Mains only)
- Coordinate and lead a team of shooters on weddings. (Mains only)
Requirements.
- Minimum 20 weddings as a PAID photographer or videographer under your belt, 50 if applying as a Main/A.
- Proficiency in operating SLR Cameras.
- Proficiency with Drone operation (Videographers only)
- Understanding of lighting.
- Experience working with small teams in fast paced environments.
- Good communications.
- High command of English.
*Videographer bonus: Knows how to do an SDE*

Rates are commensurate with experience. Range given for reference, but not an absolute cap.
