Overview
START DATE: 07/20/2026. We are an independent Pharmacy and we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Managing Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations. This role requires extensive leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail pharmacy practices. The Managing Pharmacist will play a pivotal role in medication management, patient safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal health outcomes as well as business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee medication dispensing
- Manage inventory
- Record keeping
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and interns; facilitate ongoing training.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication dispensing activities and patient interactions for legal and clinical purposes.
- Stay current with advancements in pharmacy practice.
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada pharmacist license
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Nevada Pharmacist License (Preferred)
