Full-Time Position
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Sundays Off

Requirements:
Previous breakfast cooking experience required
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience preparing eggs, pancakes, omelets, and breakfast specials preferred

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients with precision and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, fryers, and other appliances.
- Support food service operations by plating dishes promptly and assisting with catering or special event preparations when needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential!
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings—
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
