Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Community Liaison specializing in Home Health Business Development to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, assisted living facilities, Skilled nursing facilities, Insurance case managers, and community organizations to generate referrals for Helpful Hands Companion Services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations to promote our services.
- Manage a designated territory through outside sales efforts, including scheduling visits, follow-ups, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of referral sources, marketing visits, follow-up activities, and new client referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and clinical staff to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
Skills
- Home care, home health, hospice, case management, hospital discharge planning, or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
- Existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, or Medicaid managed care organizations are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Northeast Florida.
