Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our organization’s HR initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LHCSA HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERIAL EXPIRIENCE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. As the HR Director, you will oversee all HR functions, develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, and serve as a key partner to senior leadership to drive workforce excellence and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a positive work environment.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and growth.
- Manage HR sourcing activities including employment law compliance, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and process improvement projects.
- Supervise employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and ensuring adherence to EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) policies.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing via platforms such as ADP or Paychex, and workers' compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Lead organizational design efforts including succession planning, change management initiatives, and workforce planning aligned with strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR legal compliance management, contract negotiations, and program management to optimize human capital utilization.
Experience
- Proven track record of managing human resources teams within complex organizations with supervisory experience in diverse HR functions.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law in talent management, employee evaluation processes, and HR legal compliance standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Taleo or UltiPro for effective recruiting efforts.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and presentation to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Experience working with multiple HRIS platforms including Oracle HCM, Kronos, Paylocity, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with benefits administration systems like Dayforce or PeopleSoft along with payroll platforms such as Paychex or ADP is essential.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage change effectively within dynamic environments.
- Prior experience in developing training & development programs that foster continuous learning and leadership growth across all levels of the organization.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
