Homeowner Outreach Specialist
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Homeowner Outreach Specialist to connect with homeowners throughout the Treasure Valley who may be facing challenging circumstances and could benefit from alternative real estate solutions.
This role focuses on direct neighborhood outreach—identifying homeowners dealing with situations such as financial hardship, pre-foreclosure, probate, divorce, inherited property, or relocation, where traditional selling options may not be the best fit.
We’re looking for someone confident, personable, and empathetic who’s comfortable having face-to-face conversations, building trust, and identifying opportunities for our acquisitions team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners in professional, natural conversation
- Identify individuals who may be facing difficult property-related situations
- Gather homeowner and property information when appropriate
- Schedule qualified follow-up appointments for the management team
- Maintain accurate lead notes and daily activity reports
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Compensation
- Hourly base pay
- Performance bonuses for qualified appointments
- Commission opportunities on successfully closed transactions
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience strongly preferred
- Appointment setting or direct sales experience a plus
- Reliable transportation required
