Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders and cash transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Handle cashing out customers accurately while processing payments swiftly using POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage levels to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine, craft beer, spirits, and beverage recipe development.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively yet professional manner.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality industry settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
