Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Conduct food preparation and meal service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support menu planning efforts by organizing supplies and assisting with ingredient prep when needed.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during meal preparation and serving to uphold safety standards.
- Help set up catering events or special dining occasions by preparing serving stations and assisting with food presentation.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe environment for staff and guests.
Experience
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
- Experience working in fine dining or restaurant settings provides valuable insight into food service standards.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and meal assembly, is essential.
- Background in the food industry or kitchen environments demonstrates familiarity with food safety protocols.
- Experience with catering or large-scale food service operations is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food handling practices, sanitation procedures, and kitchen safety regulations is required.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
