About the Role
We are seeking a creative, engaged, and dynamic IOP Therapist to join our team. This role includes a mix of group facilitation, individual sessions, and clinical assessments within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Our program prioritizes experiential, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, and we’re looking for someone who can think beyond traditional models and bring therapy to life in meaningful, innovative ways.
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time options available
- Includes running 3 therapeutic groups per week
- Additional time for individual sessions and assessments
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions (3x/week)
- Provide individual therapy sessions for program clients
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and intakes
- Adapt and evolve group curriculum based on client needs and clinical judgment
- Integrate experiential and somatic practices into sessions
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on treatment planning and care coordination
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications
- Active state licensure (or eligible):
- LPC, LPCC, LAC, ADDC, CSW, LCSW
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience providing group and individual therapy
Preferred Experience
- Background in experiential therapy
- Training in somatic modalities (e.g., Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor, etc.) [indeed.com]
- Experience in IOP, SUD, or co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and non-traditional approaches
