Our service department is supported by some of the best technicians in the industry, including experienced Master Technicians and three GM World Class Technicians who bring a high level of expertise and dedication to every repair.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional ownership experience by:
- Building strong relationships with Cadillac customers
- Managing the customer journey from check-in through vehicle delivery
- Recommending necessary maintenance and repairs with honesty and transparency
- Communicating effectively with customers and our service team
- Partnering with our technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely completion
- Helping drive customer loyalty and long-term satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Reynolds and GM experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with a commitment to doing things the right way
- A passion for delivering a premium customer experience

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
