This Senior Landscape Design and Sales role drives revenue through consultative selling while delivering artful, custom 2D and 3D outdoor living designs. The primary objective is to manage the client experience from the initial property consultation through to the final closed sale and design handoff.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial consultations to understand client goals, lifestyle needs, and unique property characteristics.
- Create and present customized, high-end 2D and 3D landscape designs that seamlessly blend beauty, functionality, and desert sustainability.
- Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts to successfully close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with in-house construction, masonry, and installation teams to ensure the design vision is executed flawlessly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact from conceptualization through the build phase.
- Recommend appropriate desert flora, weather-intuitive irrigation systems, and custom hardscapes tailored to the arid climate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in luxury landscape design and direct sales.
- High proficiency in modern 2D and 3D landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Pool Studio, or similar).
- Extensive knowledge of desert horticulture, xeriscaping, and hardscape materials suitable for the local climate.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative, high-ticket environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills to effectively translate client visions into tangible designs.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or equivalent experience preferred.
