Holman's Cabinets is looking for an experienced, full-time woodworker to join our team. If you take pride in precise, quality craftsmanship and want steady work with a growing shop, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Build custom cabinetry and fine woodwork from shop drawings and specifications

Operate and maintain standard shop equipment (table saw, planer, jointer, CNC, sanders, etc.)

Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components to tight tolerances
-
Read and interpret blueprints and cut lists
-
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
-
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
-
3+ years of professional woodworking or cabinetmaking experience
-
Skilled with hand and power tools; comfortable with shop machinery

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Able to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
-
Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Preferred
-
Experience with CNC or cabinet-specific software (Cabinet Vision, etc.)

Finishing/spray experience
